These Terms and Conditions (‘Terms’) govern your use of the Platform and the services offered therein. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Job Match is not a recruitment agency. It functions as a platform for job seekers and employers to meet. We facilitate recruitment only under the Platinum Package.
Free job postings are not offered unless part of a special promotion or agreed-upon partnership.

Payments made for job postings or recruitment packages are non-refundable, except where required by law or agreed upon in writing. In case of service interruption caused by CSR JobMatch, compensation may be provided at the company’s discretion.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rwanda. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kigali International Arbitration Center (KIAC).
CSR JobMatch processes user data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to such processing.
